What will it cost you?

This whole service is included as part of our all-inclusive rental management which is 6.5% + GST on collected rent. From there we start our normal process of setting market rent, finding suitable tenants, creating a tenant agreement, collecting bonds, scheduling move ins, completing regular inspections, payment management and so on.
