Great property managers are essential to effective property management. The key traits that we focus on here at Better Property management are strong communication, negotiation skills, multitasking, a balance of friendliness and firmness and an in-depth understanding of tenancy laws with a commitment to continuous learning. We are continously investing in the skill set of our property managers to improve their service to you by gaining the accreditation for REINZ, getting each property manager certified under NZQA and attending the latest property management conferences. Your property manager will be your single point of contact for all aspects of your property and with low property-to-manager ratios, each owner recieves the time and quality of service they deserve.
A free and fair
Rental Appraisal for your property.
We conduct fair market appraisals which take into account many different factors including location, proximity to schools, age of house, size, condition and more.
Unlike other companies, we only provide a fair rental appraisals that we genuine believe are achievable, without sacrifising tenant quality. We don't inflate prices just to gain your business. If we can't rent your property at the recommended price, you're free to choose another provider. We never lock you into a contract.
